- Tutors create profiles and pay a small monthly subscription ($5 after a free trial) to remain listed.
- Tutors manage their own rates, availability, and lesson arrangements independently.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Tutors subscribe to our platform via PayPal, a secure payment provider.
- Your subscription will only be charged if you stay after the free trial.
- You can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- We do not store your financial details on our servers.
5. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors agree to:
- Provide accurate information on their profiles.
- Conduct lessons professionally and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Manage their own schedules, payments, and communications with clients.
- Not misuse client information for any purpose beyond the tutoring relationship.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Communicate respectfully with tutors.
- Confirm details such as qualifications, experience, and lesson costs directly with tutors before booking.
7. No Guarantees or Endorsements
We do not guarantee:
- The quality of lessons.
- Tutor or client conduct.
- That you will achieve academic success by using our platform.
8. Disputes Between Users
Any disputes between clients and tutors must be resolved between the parties. We are not responsible for mediation or resolution of issues.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or harmful purposes.
- Impersonate others.
- Post false or misleading information.
